Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–10 years of progressive project management experience with a general contractor
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction activities
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and procurement strategies
• Review subcontract proposals and manage buyout activities
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Prepare cost forecasts and monthly project reporting
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specs, and regulations
• Collaborate with field leadership to align planning and execution
• Maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships
