Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1–3+ years in high-end residential construction or architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFP/bid packages and other project documents.
• Work on 2–3 projects concurrently.
• Lead document management for projects.
• Track architectural drawings, project documents, and samples.
• Prepare reports for weekly meetings with designers and clients.
• Handle PM admin tasks as required.
• Coordinate with in-house team, subcontractors, clients, architects, and designers.
• Prepare and update master schedules.
• Review change orders and report to Project Manager.
• Facilitate submittal documentation delivery and maintain records.
