Responsibilities

• Support project manager and architects in day-to-day project coordination.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Assist with estimating, bid solicitation, and bid qualification.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with subcontractors and vendors.
• Track project schedules and update internal logs using Excel.
• Maintain organized, detailed records and proactively solve problems as they arise.
