Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional residential painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of proper prep work and finishing techniques.
• Ability to produce high-end finishes with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior residential painting.
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
• Brush, roll, and spray applications.
• Fine finish trim and detailed finish work.
• Cabinet painting and refinishing (preferred).
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience while working in occupied luxury homes.
