Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or private clubs.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred.
• Experience with HOA governance and boards.
• CAM license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR onboarding, payroll, and associate training.
• Procure operating equipment and ensure brand standards.
• Monitor service quality and guest residence readiness.
• Lead front desk, housekeeping, and F&B coordination.
• Support GM and manage vendor contracts and budgeting.
