Job summary

I-Grace, a leader in luxury residential construction, seeks a Laborer to support on-site teams across occupied, finished, and furnished luxury homes in New York and California.

The role involves site maintenance, material handling, and assisting carpenters while upholding safety standards. OSHA 10-Hour certification is required, with OSHA 30-Hour preferred; multiple certifications and tools experience enhance prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience working in occupied, finished luxury residences.
• Knowledge of protection methods for luxury homes.
• Familiarity with other trades' materials, tools, and machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sites on luxury residences to keep spaces clean and safe.
• Move furniture, load/unload materials, assist carpenters and trades on-site.
• Communicate clearly with team; monitor access and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain tools and equipment and comply with safety protocols.
