Home Work Renovation is seeking dependable Laborers to join our team on luxury residential projects. You will assist with on-site installation of protection, demolition, and finishing tasks, supporting carpenters and tradespeople to ensure precision and quality.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment on high-end apartments and luxury renovations.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or renovation experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and care around luxury finishes.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, installation, and finishing work on high-end apartments.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely.
• Prepare job sites, including mobilizing, protection, cleaning, organizing, and safety compliance.
• Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Follow directions from supervisors and project managers accurately.
