Job summary

Costa Navarino, based at our Athens HQ, seeks a Development Manager to lead residential projects from concept through handover. You will collaborate with Design, Project Management and Sales teams to align with budgets, schedules and quality goals, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful delivery.

The role requires 7-10 years in real estate development with strong project management and English proficiency, plus experience in high-end or mixed-use projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex development projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of the full development delivery process including design coordination, permitting, procurement and construction.
• Ability to review and challenge technical, design and construction proposals.
• Strong project management, numerical and reporting skills with budgeting/forecast experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience in high-end residential or mixed-use developments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential development projects through all stages of delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for effective communication and decision-making.
• Prepare and monitor development appraisals, business plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage design coordination with Design, Project Management and external consultants.
• Oversee permitting processes with consultants and authorities.
• Support procurement and construction activities, ensuring alignment with design intent and budget.
• Identify risks and support delivery of milestones within schedules and costs.
• Contribute to product optimization using market insights and sales strategy.
