Adamas Building Services in Yonkers, NY is seeking a part-time Concierge for luxury residential communities. Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday 6am-2pm; pay rate $16.50 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting residents, answering the phone, processing deliveries, maintaining logbooks, and assisting management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, be reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs and maintain a neat lobby.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and maintain visit logs.
• Answer phone calls and assist callers with information/instructions.
• Respond to inquiries about neighborhood services when applicable.
• Receive and oversee deliveries, mail and packages for residents.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; report issues.
• Assist management with resident requests.
• Keep lobby/front desk and package area organized, neat, and clean.
• Communicate with lead concierge and management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Occasionally lift packages between 10–25 lbs.
