You will guide clients through design concepts, translate decisions into precise drawings, and contribute to polished presentations that clearly communicate design intent.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in residential design or architectural support.
• Experience supporting high-end or luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in translating design concepts into organized drawings and documentation.
• Comfort presenting design options clearly to clients and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through design concepts, options and selections for high-end residential projects.
• Create and update CAD drawings (plans, layouts, elevations) based on client selections.
• Translate client selections into finish schedules, design boards and specification sheets.
• Prepare clean, visually clear design presentations that communicate design intent.
