Job summary

Bravas, a leading luxury home technology integrator in the Twin Cities area, is seeking a Lead Smart Home Technician. This role involves leading installations on luxury residential projects, programming control systems, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in residential installation and service, strong programming skills, and the ability to read construction plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential Installation and Service experience.
• Proficient in programming control systems and Residential AV.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-wire, trim-out, and installation on luxury residential projects.
• Program and configure control systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with a client-first mindset.
• Install and calibrate A/V systems and structured cabling.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain job documentation.
