Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, controlling access, answering phones, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the front desk log.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check - no felonies.
• Must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Welcome residents and guests and verify access.
• Answer front desk calls and take messages as needed.
• Coordinate entry of housekeepers and contractors per resident specifications.
• Maintain insurance verification for contractors/vendors.
• Maintain front desk log and monitor surveillance.
• Assist with deliveries, mail, and packages per policy guidelines.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
