Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive recreation leadership experience in luxury settings.
• Experience managing recreation revenue centers, budgeting, staffing and program development.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recreation operations including Compass Sports, Paintbox, rentals, pool, events and group experiences.
• Lead corporate team-building and family programming; develop new indoor/outdoor experiences.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and supply needs for recreation activities.
• Coordinate and optimize the recreation booking platform with Marketing and seasonal planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staff development.
• Coach and mentor team members; monitor guest satisfaction and safety standards.
