Job summary

FAENA CULTURE is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage goods and materials, document receipts, and ensure products are within quality standards. Responsibilities include opening the storeroom, verifying deliveries, rotating stock, and coordinating with Engineering, Security, and Purchasing to prevent spoilage.

The role requires attention to inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to department procedures to support seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, inventory, and store room operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open Store room and verify goods against P.O.
• Check refrigeration and temperatures; report issues.
• Verify all Goods Received and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Maintain storeroom, organize storage areas for dry goods, meats, dairy, beverages, and supplies.
• Record deliveries received and resolve discrepancies; write credit memos if needed.
• Distribute or deliver items to respective departments to prevent spoilage and ensure signature/date stamping.
