Fresco y Mas is seeking a Receiving Specialist to oversee daily receiving operations, ensure accurate inventory levels, and manage vendor invoices with attention to security and compliance. You will help provide fresh, appealing products and courteous service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 18+ years old status, ability to work in the US, and strong customer service and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.

Responsibilities

• Receives merchandise shipments and manages daily receiving operations.
• Maintains inventory levels and backroom storage security.
• Manages transactions with third party vendors and reports invoice differences.
• Promotes and enforces compliant operating conditions to drive customer trust.
• Keeps backrooms, coolers and freezers organized and stocked.
• Reports invoice overages or shortages and supports inventory planning.
