Fort Partners seeks a seasoned General Contractor Oversight & Contract Administration professional for a Telluride project. The role requires daily liaison with the GC, rigorous review of change orders, RFIs, and payment apps, and leading OAC meetings to maintain progress and resolve disputes.

You will audit cost reports, ensure adherence to luxury/resort specifications, and verify compliance with historic preservation and local regulations, including high-altitude safety planning.

Qualificações

• Daily point of contact for GC, monitoring performance against obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review, analyze, and advise on GC change orders, RFIs, and payment applications.
• Chair owner‑architect‑contractor meetings to track progress and resolve disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor master schedule for delays and validate time extensions.
• Audit GC monthly job-cost reports, contingency logs, and PCO logs to protect budget.
• Collaborate with inspectors, architects, and designers to ensure luxury residential/5‑star resort specs.
