The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our growing luxury real estate operation. You will develop campaigns, manage listings, coordinate visuals, and support agents to drive exposure and leads.

Based in Miramar Beach, FL, this on-site role requires deep knowledge of real estate marketing, property campaigns, and collaboration with brokers, leadership, and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate industry.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience coordinating photography, videography, and other property marketing assets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support real estate sales, listings, agents, and business objectives.
• Create marketing plans for luxury residential properties, resort properties, and new developments.
• Oversee photos, video, virtual tours, floor plans, and other visual content.
• Manage website content, property listings, landing pages, and digital channels.
• Develop social media content and campaigns that drive exposure and leads.
• Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and agent communications.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across paid social, search, and display.
• Track performance and report on leads, traffic, engagement, and ROI.
