Do you want to join a leading real estate team where:

experience with?
- High-End Waterfront Properties – Deep market knowledge and trends.
- High-Net-Worth Client Relations – Delivering personalized, concierge-level service.
- Negotiation & Deal-Making – Maximizing value in complex luxury transactions.
- Global & Multicultural Mindset – Working with international buyers and leveraging multilingual skills?
- Tech-Savvy Proficient in CRM systems (FollowUpBoss, Salesforce, etc.), G-Suite, digital platforms.
- Extra Advantage – Bilingual in Portuguese, French, Italian, Arabic, or Turkish.

Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Reliable and ATTRACTIVE transportation

- Ability to be flexible to show properties when clients need
- Be on call to work 6 days a week
- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID & ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO APPLY
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
