The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective management of our multi-family and commercial portfolio. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships, coordinate property operations, and assist in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tenant Relations: Manage tenant communication, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

  2. Quality Control: Oversee property maintenance, contract vendor services, and handle incident reports.

  3. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and rent collection.

  4. Inventory and Supplies Management: Maintain adequate supplies and ensure building amenities are well-maintained.

  5. General Duties: Stay updated on company software, organize files, and comply with company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager, AVID, ManageGo, etc.)

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  5. Experience in property management or related field preferred
