The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective management of our multi-family and commercial portfolio. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships, coordinate property operations, and assist in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Manage tenant communication, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Quality Control: Oversee property maintenance, contract vendor services, and handle incident reports.
Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and rent collection.
Inventory and Supplies Management: Maintain adequate supplies and ensure building amenities are well-maintained.
General Duties: Stay updated on company software, organize files, and comply with company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager, AVID, ManageGo, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in property management or related field preferred
