Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of residential and public spaces and to support a luxury guest experience. You will keep all common areas pristine and well‑stocked, including washrooms, lobby, corridors, and back‑of‑house spaces, following Four Seasons standards.

The role emphasizes genuine, personalized service, ownership of requests, and ensuring spaces are welcoming, safe and well‑maintained for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Detail‑Oriented and Organizational Skills.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all residential and public areas—including washrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, and back‑of‑house spaces in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs with genuine care, taking ownership of requests and delivering personalized, thoughtful service experiences.
• Provide courteous and friendly assistance to residents and guests while ensuring all spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well‑maintained.
