Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury property management, design, hospitality operations, or STR management.
• Must hold a valid CA Driver’s License and have reliable transportation for field work.
• Available to work 6 days a week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of homes from onboarding to offboarding transitions.
• Manage homeowner approvals for onboarding/offboarding-related costs.
• Oversee quality control and brand compliance by executing checklists and KPIs.
