Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead Front of House and Food & Beverage operations across our luxury outlets. You will ensure service standards meet Yellowstone Club expectations and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Restaurant Management or related field, plus 3+ years in floor service and 3+ years of staff leadership in hospitality. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of floor service experience.
• 3+ years of staff management experience or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of world class hospitality and service management in F&B operations, luxury and/or private resort club, or hotel hospitality.

The Restaurant General Manager is charged with leading the Front of House, Food & Beverage operations of the various restaurant outlets of the Yellowstone Club to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage team is executed in a manner that meets Yellowstone Club standards and exceeds the expectation of our members and their guests. To be successful in this position one must not only be able to implement standard operating procedures, but make sure they are continuously being followed by all team members.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing maximum customer service and satisfaction by leading the Front of the House staff in the production of quality food with high customer service standards
• Manages and oversee the daily operations of all of the food and beverage outlets by monitoring, analyzing and controlling the sales and offerings
• Executes all the objectives to the strategic plan of the Food & Beverage Department by implementing the directions provided by the Food and Beverage Assistant Director and above supports the Executive management team in developing goals and objectives for future expansion.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management or related area
• Minimum of 3 yearsof floor service, related skill, knowledge, and experience
• Three plusyears of staff management experience or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of world class hospitality and service managementin Food & Beverage operations, luxury and/or private resort club, or hotel hospitality
• Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain positive and collaborative working relationships and communications with management, staff, members, and vendors
• Attention to detail with administrative tasks
