Richdale Apartments in Lincoln seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our four luxury communities. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pool issues while delivering exceptional resident service.

You'll perform preventative maintenance, address hazards, coordinate with residents, vendors, and management, and participate in an on-call rotation. Relocation assistance is available for qualified out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; boiler license is a plus.
• Training opportunities available for motivated candidates.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pool-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Identify and address hazardous or unsafe conditions.
• Deliver resident communications and notices as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions.
• Work directly with residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
