Job summary

LR Management Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury property in Royal Oak, MI. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong people skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include presenting apartments, coordinating leases, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of Yardi and CRM is preferred; associates degree is a plus, with high school diploma accepted with leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum leasing, hospitality, or admin experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Sales or retail experience and strong customer service are essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants in a positive light.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per property standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and staff to keep the property well-maintained.
• Screen prospective tenants for eligibility and coordinate new tenant orientation.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
• Follow up on service requests and manage rent payments and deposits.
