Job summary

LR Management, a fast-growing property management company in Michigan, seeks a dependable Leasing Consultant with sales experience to join our team. You will help renters find their next home in a fast-paced environment and support the office with administrative tasks.

The role requires strong people skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask. Experience with Yardi and CRM is preferred; an associate degree is nice but not required. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred though a high school diploma or GED with leasing coordinator experience will be considered.
• At least two years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM is advantageous.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Presenting apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per LR Management standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property is well maintained.
• Screen prospective tenants to ensure eligibility and oversee tenant orientation.
