Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent for Coopers Row in San Antonio, TX. The role supports the Property Manager by leasing units and delivering superior resident service at a luxury property.

You will work with property staff to execute sales and marketing strategies, drive occupancy, and maintain strong knowledge of the property and competitors through tours and calls. A 1-year leasing background and Yardi/MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Leasing Consultant is preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels, maintain established closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitive properties through site visits/tours and telephone surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service with a proactive 5-star experience approach while building a sense of community with residents.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
