EMBREY's Tin Top Flats at The Creamery in San Antonio, TX seeks a Leasing & Marketing Agent to support the Community Manager in leasing luxury units and delivering exceptional resident service.

You will help develop sales strategies, improve occupancy, and maintain strong knowledge of the property versus competitors. Join a team that values growth, teamwork, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• One year leasing experience or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with property staff.
• Increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain property knowledge and compete through site visits and surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction with a proactive 5-star experience and community events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive a stellar experience.
