• Proven experience as a multi-unit or general manager in retail, restaurants, hospitality or fitness.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and business results.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
