Responsibilities include monitoring HVAC, coordinating vendors, preserving luxury finishes, managing service contracts, and ensuring OSHA safety compliance while maintaining critical building performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities or building engineering.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and diagnostics.
• Experience with luxury properties or Class A environments preferred.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage vendors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Good communication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC to ensure comfort.
• Inspect property and address maintenance before issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC and electrical systems.
• Manage outside contractors from proposal to completion.
• Maintain luxury finishes and artwork with care.
• Ensure OSHA safety requirements are followed.
