Job summary

Kiki DE MONTPARNASSE, a Luxury Lifestyle Brand in New York City, seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process from hand-off to final delivery. The role covers sleepwear, loungewear, intimates, and high-end RTW, coordinating with overseas and domestic factories, mills, and trim vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Collaborate with the VP of Production to resolve bottlenecks, assess capacity, and ensure precise execution of product intent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience in a luxury fashion or premium contemporary setting.
• Extensive category knowledge in intimates, sleepwear, loungewear, and high-end ready-to-wear construction.
• Proficiency in apparel PLM software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to pivot and handle logistics or material shortages under tight constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage global and domestic production cycles, ensuring all delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with VP of Production to resolve production bottlenecks and execute product intent accurately.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas and domestic factories, fabric mills, and trim vendors to track order status and clear obstacles.
• Issue and manage production purchase orders (POs) and Raw material orders.
• Evaluate factory capacity, compliance, and execution capability, proactively scaling or reallocating production resources as necessary.
• Manage Atelier daily workload and raw material needs.
