Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Design and Production teams to ensure products are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
• Review samples throughout the development process to ensure consistency with design intent and technical requirements.
• Communicate technical corrections and construction details with domestic and overseas vendors.
• Ensure all products meet company fit, quality, and construction standards while adhering to production timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to support efficient product development.

Job Overview

We are seeking a junior Technical Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining technical specifications, ensuring garment fit and construction meet brand standards, and partnering closely with Design and Production throughout the product development process.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sleepwear, loungewear, intimates, swimwear, and ready-to-wear (RTW), with knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and technical package development.
