Job summary

Maiden Home is seeking a Vice President of Product Development to lead the function end-to-end, from concept through launch and lifecycle management, reporting to the Founder & CEO. This NY HQ role will build the teams, processes, and partner network required to scale a luxury, multi-category product, while upholding Maiden Home’s brand standards.

Qualifications

15+ years of luxury furniture brand experience.
Strong belief in Maiden Home’s luxury brand and product.
Technical knowledge of furniture and upholstery, including materials and construction techniques.
Knowledge of furniture development concepts: engineering, prototyping, testing, commercialization.
Experience building and executing a multi-category product roadmap.
Proven ability to scale teams and processes in a growth environment.
Accountable for results with a track record of meeting hard targets.
Data-driven prioritization and clear tradeoff decisions.

Responsibilities

Own Maiden Home’s product development roadmap from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sourcing, and Operations to align on priorities and launch sequences.
Scale the product development organization with clear roles and growth paths.
Develop and manage the manufacturing partner network for quality and capability alignment.
Drive quality, brand standards, and product excellence across materials, finishes, and comfort.
