Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional, professional, and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized care and concierge-style assistance to discerning clients in luxury residences and private estates.

This position combines traditional caregiving with the highest standards of hospitality, personal service, and household professionalism.

Our ideal candidate understands that working with high-end clients requires more than providing basic care. It requires anticipating needs, maintaining discretion, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and delivering a personalized experience that promotes comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Candidates with backgrounds in luxury hospitality, private estates, executive household management, concierge services, or professional caregiving are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personalized Client Care

• Provide exceptional companionship and personalized support tailored to each client's preferences, routines, and lifestyle.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene, and driving to appointments/errands if applicable and based on client needs.
• Promote independence, dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in client condition promptly.
• Provide attentive, respectful, and compassionate assistance at all times.

2. Luxury Hospitality & Concierge Services

• Deliver an elevated level of personal service consistent with luxury hotels, private clubs, and five-star hospitality.
• Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, proactive assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation, dining preferences, errands, appointments, shopping, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain a comfortable, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Support clients with daily routines, social activities, and personal lifestyle preferences.
• Coordinate respectfully with household staff, family members, and other service professionals.

3. Professionalism & Client Experience

• Maintain an impeccable professional appearance, excellent grooming, and appropriate attire.
• Demonstrate exceptional manners, communication, patience, and emotional intelligence.
• Respect client preferences, privacy, personal boundaries, and household protocols.
• Provide consistent, reliable, and attentive service.

4. Confidentiality & Discretion

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients, their families, residences, finances, personal affairs, and lifestyles.

• Respect the privacy and security requirements of private residences and estates.

5. Safety & Communication

• Follow established care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Report concerns, changes in condition, or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with the care coordination team and authorized family representatives.
• Never perform medical tasks outside authorized qualifications.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in caregiving, hospitality, concierge services, private household services, or a related client-service environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client residences.
• Successful completion of required background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with affluent individuals, VIP clients, executives, or private families.
• Luxury hotel, resort, private club, or five-star hospitality experience.
• Private-duty caregiving or senior companionship experience.
• HHA or CNA certification, where applicable to the assignment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working in luxury homes, private estates, or executive households.
