Job summary

Coastal Care Partners is seeking experienced caregivers to join our Premium Caregiver Team. You will provide personalized, high-quality care in private homes, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. This role rewards top performers with premium pay and long-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or agency setting).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate regularly with client families and Coastal Care Partners team.
• Maintain accurate documentation through our care platform.
• Deliver care that reflects the premium standards of Coastal Care Partners.
