Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury, premium, or high-net-worth client-facing industries.
• Experience executing full-funnel marketing from brand to lead generation to sales enablement.
• Proven ROI measurement of digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email).
• Experience planning high-touch events for affluent audiences.
• Experience as a sole marketer or in a small team requiring hands-on execution.
• Strong visual/editorial sensibility; ability to maintain a cohesive premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing function, including brand strategy, digital campaigns, content, and lead generation.
• Plan and run high-end events (private showcases, VIP experiences) and coordinate with Sales for pipeline creation.
• Develop content across website, blog, video, and emails; manage website and lead capture.
• Build marketing automation workflows and monitor analytics to optimize ROI.
• Ensure CEO-approved, compliant external communications and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
