Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Planning Specialist for the Americas to help drive sales performance, optimize inventory, and provide analytical insights. You will partner with Integrated Business Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and Finance to translate demand into optimized plans and actions.

The role emphasizes seasonal and in-season planning, forecasting, and Open-to-Buy support, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making in a luxury retail context.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with planning, BI, ERP, or reporting systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual, seasonal, and weekly sales and inventory plans across the Americas.
• Maintain forecasts updating based on performance, trends, and initiatives.
• Assist in in-season reforecasting and scenario analysis; identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor performance against plan and use insights to drive decisions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail, Finance, and Logistics to reflect demand in plans.
• Prepare analyses to support Open-to-Buy and other planning discussions.
