Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a luxury sales environment.

• Established network or client base on multiple social media platforms.
• Experience executing events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop client relationships.
• Recruit new clients via Club events and expand existing client base.
• Record client information and preferences to support business.
• Source product through multiple Saks inventory networks for client appointments.
• Interact with clients and assist with alterations under guidance.
• Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and promote the business.
