Job summary

RH Outlet is seeking an Outlet Facilities Associate in Culver City to help maintain, repair, and clean our showroom and back-of-house spaces. You will work closely with the Outlet Team to keep facilities safe, functional and welcoming for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include planning and overseeing maintenance, managing preventive tasks, and ensuring OSHA/compliance standards are met, with an emphasis on efficiency and strong communication.

• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.
