Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the outlet meets quality, safety, and operational standards. This role plans, coordinates, and performs preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across building systems and operational assets. The associate works closely with the outlet team to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards
