Job summary

AquaTerra Outdoors seeks a Pool & Outdoor Living Construction Superintendent to own the build from pre-construction to completion, leading trade partners and managing timelines to deliver outstanding outdoor spaces. Internationally recognized design+build firm with strong standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pool construction, knowledge of construction techniques and quality standards, and leadership/communication strengths; PHTA or Watershapes University Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pool construction.
• Experience with landscape & hardscape is a bonus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own the build process from pre-construction to project completion.
• Lead trade partners and manage timelines.
• Ensure projects meet AquaTerra's high standards and client expectations.
