Job summary

Elmhurst-based firm seeks a Creative Landscape Architect/Designer to lead design and documentation of luxury outdoor living spaces. Role combines concept through construction with office/studio focus and occasional site visits.

Requirements include 2–5+ years in high-end residential landscape design, strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills, and familiarity with Aspire for takeoffs. Licensure is a plus and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in high-end residential landscape design/build
• Proficient in AutoCAD for construction and permit sets
• Strong SketchUp or 3D modeling skills for client presentations
• Experience with takeoffs and budgeting in Aspire or similar software
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape/planting design; pools/spas a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of high-end residential outdoor living projects
• Produce constructible, permit-ready construction drawings
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations
• Support estimating and budgeting with takeoffs and software
• Collaborate with设计ers, sales team, and construction teams to ensure design intent
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and soil scientists as needed
• Occasional site visits for measurements and information gathering
