Target Optical in Arvada, CO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to sell high-end eyewear and provide exceptional customer service. You will advise guests on brands such as Oliver Peoples and ensure accurate fitting, warranties, and options while maintaining a premium store presentation.

You will build and maintain a strong client following through knowledgeable product guidance, fashion trend awareness, and a professional, courteous approach that aligns with EssilorLuxottica's brand standards

Qualifications

2+ years of selling high-end optical or luxury products.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Cross-sell Oliver Peoples products by brand knowledge.
Provide optimum service to every customer.
Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and options offered by Oliver Peoples to all customers.
Connects and develops strong relationships with clients to build a loyal following.
Maintain high standards of sales, service, visuals and merchandising.
Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
Maintain store presentation and adhere to brand policies.
Perform miscellaneous in-store duties as assigned.
