Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
• Knowledge of current store merchandise assortment and use of Inventory management systems.
• Sales skills and comfort with using a tablet/IPAD for transactions
• Awareness of current fashion trends

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service by following Sales and Service Process steps.
• Engage customers using technology to support experiences.
• Take and record measurements and adjust eyewear accurately.
• Operate POS with accuracy and collect payments per procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure displays follow planograms.
• Educate customers on guarantees, services, and eyewear care tips.
