Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Seller to provide personalized customer service and support sales in a luxury off-price store. You will help customers find items, share product knowledge, and contribute to loyalty goals.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, and process transactions while maintaining the selling floor and displays. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience with sales results.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Fashion industry knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing product expertise.
• Ability to use POS registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend merchandise and help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Maintain product knowledge, greet customers, and communicate current promotions.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
• Support sales goals and maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, and merchandise displays.
• Complete markdowns, follow asset protection procedures, and support store programs and projects.
