Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in front office or night audit at a luxury hotel.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-arriving guests and facilitate check-in/check-out per Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion and courtesy.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming lobby presence overnight.
• Offer personalized service by noting guest preferences and special occasions.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate revenue transactions and charges for the day.
• Reconcile cash drawers, transactions, and folios; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and management summaries.
• Post charges to guest accounts and ensure folios are accurate.
• Monitor property security and coordinate with security as needed.
• Complete property walks and ensure public areas are clean and secure.
• Handle emergencies with hotel leadership and brief the morning shift.
• Log incidents and feedback for appropriate follow-up.
