Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support AMLI Midtown 29, AMLI Midtown Miami and AMLI 8800. You will tour three luxury communities, build relationships with prospective residents, and guide them through the leasing process.

You'll respond to inquiries, generate leases, manage renewals, assist with move-ins, and collaborate with onsite teams to maintain occupancy while delivering exceptional service and drive for sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service.
• Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals.
• Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation.
