Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of Restaurants to lead three restaurant operations across two luxury resorts. You will own P&L, budgets, forecasts, labor productivity and menu mix, partnering with culinary and sales teams to drive growth.

You will develop managers, ensure consistent Hyatt standards, and present plans to ownership and the executive committee while maintaining top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in high-volume restaurant and luxury hotel F&B.
• Banquet and event operations experience required.
• Strong P&L fluency with a track record of improving revenue and cost controls.
• Experience presenting to ownership or senior leadership.
• Developing and promoting managers to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, guest experience and profitability of three restaurants across two properties.
• Own budgets, forecasts, labor, food and beverage cost, and menu mix.
• Maintain Hyatt systems, monthly forecasts and month-end reporting.
• Present performance plans to ownership and executive committee.
• Develop managers into confident business owners; ensure succession planning.
