Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience, luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.
