Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our hybrid, commission-based team. You’ll originate loans across conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM products, leveraging a modern tech stack and in-house underwriting.

The ideal candidate holds an active New York NMLS license, has 2+ years of front-end origination experience (luxury/investor markets a plus), and maintains strong referral networks. Expect uncapped earnings and dedicated marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment.
