Job summary

Hyatt Regency Ontario is seeking a Bartender / Mixologist to deliver exceptional beverage service across hotel restaurants, lounges, bars, banquet venues, and events. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails, ensuring luxury presentation and personalized guest experiences.

The ideal candidate combines advanced mixology skills, product knowledge, and a passion for guest engagement while complying with alcohol service regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, lounge, banquet, or similar hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handler Certification where required.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain it as required by law/hotel policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, personalized service to hotel guests, patrons, and event attendees.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and luxury standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and events to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to safety procedures.
• Support banquet and event operations as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas.
